About Missfittings

Charlotte Dudley 

I moved to Wellington to study design and art after finishing at school in Christchurch. Once I graduated I decided to travel to South America with two of my closest friends (I think this is where my obsession with prints and colour was born) ending my trip in London, where I lived for a short time before returning to New Zealand. 

After working at Weta Digital in Wellington for a couple of years I travelled the world one more time for three months with my husband Stuart, visiting most of Thailand, Europe, South America, Turkey, India and Dubai. The patterns and colours I saw on this trip were truly inspirational; the leather goods awe inspiring and I wanted desperately to bring it all home with me. Some I did! After this amazing trip, I moved to Marlborough to start a brand new chapter in my life.

I love living in Blenheim and am so excited to bring Missfittings homewares and furniture to you all. I consider myself very lucky to work in a field which is a true passion of mine, alongside interior design and being a mama to my beautiful daughter Cleo.
